Today is a "pig-day".
We bought pork chop, parsley, roman salat, sweet potato, onion, garlic & some wine, here is Cuvée Madamé (our favorite rosé).
Just cut the potato in slices and put the garlic and inion on top - in the oven for 20 minutes! Some nice olive-oil on top!
Just add some spices the you prefer to the meat, I choosed black pepper, salt and some chili. In the end we added som fresh parsley.
Ready to eat! Mathias gave the dish 8/10 for everyday meal.
