At least 3 times a week we try to do some lunchcardio.
The lunch-break is 1 hour so you better be quick. Most of the times we run about 5k -10k depends on the daily mood and how much time we got.
So for you guys that think lunchcardio is impossible here is the recipe:
1. Make lunch and bring it in the morning (yes, desktop lunch is the new it)
2. Bring your running clothes.
3. Have a place to shower.
4. Wear a pair of cool Carl Oaks eyewear and run as fast as you can!
Run around 5-10 ks do some workouts, we use the seven minutes workout app afterwords and DADADADA you are finished!
